Terms & Conditions of the Visit Jersey partnership agreement:
- Have relevant promotional offers uploaded to jersey.com via the My Listing Portal throughout campaigns.
- Include a link to Jersey.com on partner’s own website and adopt Visit Jersey messaging and imagery where relevant.
- A willingness to support tracking of our mutual customer once they have moved from Jersey.com to partner’s own website.
- Visit Jersey will provide reports on referrals from jersey.com to partner’s website at the end of the contracted period.
- Visit Jersey may be subject to audit and review, as such Visit Jersey reserves the right to request any information and financial records pertaining to the partnership activity in order to provide assurance to its Audit Committee, Board or other stakeholders.
